We are a team of eight insurance professionals serving families, homeowners and small businesses throughout Southlake, Colleyville, Trophy Club, Westlake, Roanoke, Grapevine, Keller and the greater DFW area. I'm Phil Rice. I spent 20 years in corporate finance managing P&L statements, building business relationships and breaking down complex financial problems into decisions real people could act on. I hold an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and have called Texas home for over 35 years. I opened this office in 2022 because I wanted to bring that financial lens to something more personal: helping North Texas families protect what they have worked hard to build.

My father was a pastor who spent his career serving communities that needed support. I may not have followed his exact path, but his influence shapes how I approach this work every day. Insurance is not the most exciting conversation you will have, but for a young family buying their first home in Southlake, welcoming a new child in Trophy Club, or beginning to think seriously about the future, it may be one of the most important ones.

The truth is, everyone already has a coverage plan. It just may not be an intentional one. Our team takes the time to understand where you are, what you already have, and what gaps might leave your family exposed. We can complement your existing coverage, or make recommendations on how to improve it to better match your needs. Sometimes that means working with what you have. Sometimes it means making a change.
