"We had worked with Jessica several years ago when considering a new insurance carrier for Home and Auto. Jessica was always prompt in her responses and in answering our questions. We had chosen another carrier a while back with a more competitive rate, but decided to look at State Farm again in 2026. "Jessica has been amazing to work with. I received my homeowners renewal from Progressive Direct and it shot up by several thousand dollars this year. So I started looking and of all the companies I went online and did a quote with, Jess was the only one that emailed me to follow up on the quote. Initially, I didn't get an online homeowners quote and so I was going to just move on, but Jess provided me one and it looked great! We spoke multiple times by phone to make sure both my home and auto quotes were exactly right and I couldn't be happier to be switching to State Farm and working with Jess in the future."
