"I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I’m huge on communication and staying on top of things like this that arise but this is the most unprofessional and unorganized insurance company and workplace I’ve unfortunately ever done business with! They do not communicate at all and after SEVERAL calls to this office about a mistake THEY made on my policy, they are now saying I have a lapse in coverage. At first, I would call every time I got a notification about my bill. They informed me several times that NOTHING was going to happen to my account. Now, here I am again, on the phone with them, Donna answered and said that I now have to pay the wrong amount due today or my policy will be canceled! I have spent over a month waiting for them to get their stuff figured out and correct my account and now they are blaming me. So now I’m pissed and no longer patient. I had 2 people today tell me that Phil will call me. The first guy told me that he was in a meeting when I called the first time, so he will call back at 10am cst. Guess what, no one called me so I called back. Donna answered and she informed me that I had to pay today or I’m canceled but they still don’t have my account correct. Then, when I asked to speak to Phil, he’s conveniently not there. Probably won’t be in the office today at all she said. She said she will have him call me too. Yeah, bs!!!!!!! Most unprofessional and unorganized insurance company I’ve ever done business with. I see a lot of good reviews here but I don’t care. My experience has been awful!"
